Tomorrow is your last day. I won’t see you again for some time, and the thought of that brings tears to my eyes. I feel as if someone has drained all of the energy out of me, all of my happiness, and left me with nothing but the memory of you. If only you knew how much I am going to miss you when you’re gone. You mean so much to me, and for the past year, I’ve tried my hardest in showing you what I feel. I know you don’t understand. I guess that’s what kills me, knowing that you don’t even care, and letting go of something that I’ve wanted to badly, something that means the world to me. I always seem to get my hopes up, but there is no use anymore, considering you are the only one I want. The source to my happiness, my only light in the dark has just burnt out, leaving me to just blend in with the cold darkness. The tears are beginning to fall as I write this. They pierce my skin like a knife, revealing all of the hurt and emotion I’ve been holding inside for so long. I just don’t know what I’m going to do without you here.
